I was struck by two things.
The beauty of the city

and the . . .
. . .amount of alcohol that is involved in a baseball game on a Monday afternoon.

There were several trashcans like this outside the stadium at the point where you can no longer take a drink into the game. It was a reminder to me the challenges our kids face every day.

Unless we can put them in a protective bubble forever these are the challenges they will face every day. Just wait until we get the casinos and they can lose more money quicker than what they spent on drugs plus drink for free. It scares the hell out of me.
